Registration Deadline: Colorado law allows you to register to vote through Election Day. Please note that how you register to vote will impact how you receive your ballot.

To receive your ballot by mail:

-Register to vote or update your voter registration online at www.GoVoteColorado.com through the 8th day before Election Day

-Submit an application through the mail, at a voter registration agency, or at a local driver's license examination facility through the 8th day before Election Day

-Submit an application through a voter registration drive no later than 22 days before Election Day.

Key dates: voter registration deadline (October 2026), early voting start (October 2026), ballot drop-off deadline (November 3, 2026)

If you miss the above deadlines, you may register in-person at a voter service and polling center in your county through Election Day.

TELLER COUNTY REPUBLICAN CENTRAL COMMITTEE

OFFICIAL CALL FOR PRECINCT CAUCUS

Pursuant to the Colorado Revised Statute 1-2-103 Colorado Republican Party bylaws notice is hereby given that the Teller County Republican Precinct Caucuses will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, March 3

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Credentialing Begins: 6:30 p.m.

Locations: Designated caucus locations throughout Teller County

The caucus will be gaveled to order promptly at 7:00 p.m. All participants are encouraged to arrive early to complete the credentialing process.

PURPOSE OF THE CAUCUS

The purpose of the Teller County Republican Precinct Caucuses shall be:

  1. To Elect Precinct Committee Persons (PCPs) to serve their respective precincts in accordance with Colorado Republican Party rules and Teller County Republican Party bylaws.

  2. To Elect Delegates and Alternates to the Teller County Assembly and to higher assemblies, including Congressional District, Judicial District, and State Assemblies, as applicable.

  3. To Consider and Vote Upon Resolutions originating at the precinct level for possible inclusion in the Colorado State Republican Party Platform.

ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the caucus is open to all Republicans registered 22 days prior to caucus date residing within their respective precincts in Teller County. Attendees must be properly credentialed prior to participation and voting.

CONDUCT OF BUSINESS

Each precinct caucus shall organize by electing a Temporary Chair and Secretary (unless otherwise appointed), followed by:

  1. Election of Precinct Committee Persons

  2. Election of Delegates and Alternates

  3. Consideration of Resolutions

  4. Collection of volunteer information for election judges and poll watchers.

No additional business will be permitted under party rules

All proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Colorado Republican Party Rules and Roberts Rules of Order, revised (12th edition).
